Villa Girasole

Villa Girasole is a first class villa with infinity pool, in the heart of the land of the Etruscans. It is only a few kilometers away from the sea and from famous towns, like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano. The property has been very carefully restored in 2010 in respect of the typical Tuscan traditions. It hosts 20 guests in ensuite bedrooms for a holiday in maximum tranquillity. The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one for 8 guests and the other for 14 guests. It has a total of 10 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, plus a tower with two sofa beds and a bathroom. On the ground floor of the smaller apartment there is two double bedrooms with bathrooms, open kitchen, dining area and a fireplace. On the first floor there is two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Smaller apartment accommodates total of eight guests. On the ground floor of the bigger apartment there is two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, lounge room, open kitchen, fireplace and a dining area. On the first floor there is four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the bigger apartment there is also enter to the tower where is two single sofa beds and bathroom. All the areas on the ground floor of the villa and one of the bedrooms in the smaller apartment leads into the garden, which surrounds the house. In the yard of the villa there is a private parking area, a covered portico with two large dining tables, a BBQ, play area for children and a splendid heatable pool. Villa Girasole is the ideal place to spend pleasant evenings with friends without having to worry about bothering neighbours. The whole villa is also equipped with wi-fi and AC.
