Villa Ariel

Villa Ariel is a stunning and modern villa located in the historic town of Trogir and only 2 meters away from the Adriatic sea. The location of the villa is ideal as it is located in a quiet area close to the sea and the village of Seget Vranjica is only 0,5 kilometers away from the villa. With total of five bedrooms, villa accommodates up to 10 guests. The villa has four floors. The ground floor area is divided into a outdoor and indoor area. On the outdoor area there is a swimming pool, outdoor dining area, BBQ and a fireplace. In the indoor area there is sauna, small gym and a table tennis playground. On the first floor there is a modern equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room area with a fireplace, sofa and a large TV. The first floor level contains also 2 separate luxuriously furnished suites. Both suites consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a double bed and a bathroom. From there the guests have access to the garden area. On the second floor there is two modern bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms have a terrace. The villa attic (top floor) is designed as a separate suite. It consists of a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen. Besides the sauna and a small gym, there are also two kayaks, a massage table, a baby trampoline and 4 parking spaces which are provided for guests.
