Villa Melina is a large and beautiful villa located in Vlites, Souda, in Chania area. It is close to beautiful beaches and only 11 km from Chania International Airport. The villa's seven bedrooms accommodate a total of 14 guests.
Villa Melina has three floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. The first and second floors have a shared living room, a dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The other four bedrooms and four bathrooms are also located on these floors. One of the bedrooms is a suite with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom in the villa has either a double bed or two single beds.
The villa is built on an area of 4,000 square meters with a large private saltwater outdoor pool. It is surrounded by a large lawn garden and a stone fence around it to ensure complete privacy for guests. There are sun loungers by the pool for 14 guests. The garden in the courtyard area is magnificent, with organic vegetables, palm trees, cypress trees and various floral arrangements. The outdoor area also has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for 14 guests. The nearest beach in Vlites is only 200 meters away and there are a few charming traditional taverns in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
