Villa Emily is a newly built 170 sqm traditional stone house with a private pool. It is located in the inland countryside of Makarska, in a small village called Zmijavci. The four-bedroom villa can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a dining table for 10 people and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has four fully air-conditioned bedrooms and three separate bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with access to the balcony, from the external stairs to the ground floor. One bedroom with two single beds and the last with a bunk bed. On the first floor a few steps up you will find an attic with a sofa, TV and Play Station 4.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, and one separate toilet. In front of the villa there is a play area with a slide, trampoline and table football. The outdoor area is really spacious and beautiful, the greenery surrounded by the villa creates privacy in the area and there are many flower arrangements outside. In the evenings the beautiful outdoor lights illuminate the courtyard. There are many walking and cycling routes nearby, offering direct access to the unspoilt countryside of the Dalmatian countryside.
