Villa Il Frantoio

Located at the foot of Mount Pisano in the Vorno Valley, Villa Il Frantoio is beautifully immersed in the surrounding olive groves. The property was originally a private oil mill, but today it has been restored into a magnificent villa. Il Frantoio has a total of four bedrooms and it accommodates up to eight guests. The villa is part of the Coselli Collection, which includes also five other villas. The villa has been completely refurbished, yet retains much of its historic charm. The décor mixes a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with modern luxury. The villa has a spacious and comfortable seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for eight guests. All four bedrooms are individually decorated, whilst retaining the traditional atmosphere of former years. Three bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa has two floors. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. The outdoor area has a private pool with sun loungers, a garden and a shady outdoor dining area for 6 guests. From the pool you can enjoy wonderful views of the valley and the Tuscan countryside. The villa is full of historic charm and is surrounded by terraced olive groves with magnificent views of the valley below and the medieval towers of Lucca. The villa is ideal for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing break in the Tuscan countryside within easy reach of the famous cities of Lucca, Florence and Siena. The small village of Vorno is only about 1.5 km away and here you will find the nearest services such as restaurants and shops. Villa Il Frantoio shares tennis courts with three other villas and those are free for guests to use with tennis rackets.
