Villa Lemona is a newly built elegant villa of 206 square meters near the Croatian village of Jesenice. It is located on a hill just about 2 km from the sea and offers magnificent sea and island views from its large terraces. Lemona's three bedrooms accommodate a total of six guests. The villa is fully air conditioned and decorated to a high standard and style. The villa has carefully selected details and each room has its own unique atmosphere. The main indoor area is next to the pool and has floor-to-ceiling patio doors towards the pool, giving plenty of natural light and stunning sea views. Indoors, there is an open-plan living / dining area, an elegant living room and a direct exit to the outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts and there is also a Family Bathroom with a shower on this floor. Downstairs there is a spacious movie room with a projector, as well as a flat-screen TV, PS4, free WiFi, a comfortable sofa and a popcorn maker. There is also a utility room downstairs. The first floor has three bedrooms and a terrace. All bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom, and the terrace has a jacuzzi. The hot tub has stunning and open views of the sea, pool and islands. Outside there is a private heated infinity pool, sun terrace area with sun loungers, a hanging swing, seating area, outdoor shower, and a covered dining area for six. There is also a gas grill in the outdoor area. The fenced private plot has a guarded parking space for three cars.
