Villa Matteucci

Casa Matteucci is located in the famous area of Vorno: a gracious small village at the foot of Mount Pisano, which separates Lucca from Pisa. A place rich in history and beautiful nature: small streams, breath-taking landscapes, and amazing panoramas. The villa is part of the Coselli Collection, which includes also five other villas. The villa is large, with 6 bedrooms it accommodates a total of 12 guests, and is well suited for parties or business use. Villa Matteucci has two floors and a total of six bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. All six bedrooms are located on the second floor. Every bedroom has a queen-size bed except one where it is possible to have twin beds (can be converted into Queen). The ground floor of the villa has a huge living room with sat.TV and DVD player and a nice leisure room with sofas, fireplace and board games. The beautiful living room has access to the outside dining area and the park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a center island perfect for cooking lessons. On this floor, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Guests will benefit from a fancy fitness room and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor facilities feature a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs, a superb alfresco dining area for 12 with BBQ, and a romantic jasmine-covered gazebo perfect for enjoying a refreshing cocktail while watching the sunset. The villa is surrounded by centuries-old trees, olive groves, and has a small lake by. The hills have breathtaking views of the countryside and the surrounding area. In the past, for several years, the farm was dedicated to the cultivation of rare flowers and the production of extra-virgin olive oil. Today, however, the villa is a great place to relax in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The villa is just 6 km from the historic town of Lucca and only 1.5 km from the nearest village of Vorno.
