Villa del Fattore is a short distance from Lucca, an elegant farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside surrounded by olive groves. Thanks to a high-quality renovation, the house is now heaven for the countryside and wellness lovers. The villa is part of the Coselli Collection, which includes also five other villas. The villa is large, with 8 bedrooms it accommodates a total of 19 guests, and is well suited for parties or business use. On the first and second floors, there are 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a safe, and air conditioning. 6 bedrooms have king-size beds, one has a french bed and one two twin size beds and can be united into one double. All bathrooms have a shower. Some bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed and the villa can welcome up to 19 people max. Every bedroom has a magnificent view over the surrounding area. Indoors there is large a dining room and next to it is a lounge room with windows overlooking the winter garden conservatory. The Villa has a living room with a tv-sat and a fully equipped Tuscan kitchen nearby. guests can find in the villa also a laundry room, and a fitness room. In front of the house, there is a spacious private garden and a lovely dining area for 22 guests with BBQ shaded by a beautiful trellis covered by roses, which lead to the marvelous private swimming pool, reflecting the surrounding olive groves. The villa is a great place to relax in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The villa is just 6 km from the historic town of Lucca and only 1.5 km from the nearest village of Vorno. **Villa Controni shares tennis courts with three other villas and those are free for guests to use with tennis rackets.
