Finca Can Clémentine is situated in the beautiful countryside of Felanitx in southeast Mallorca with the stunning beaches within short reach. Within a 10 min drive you will reach the villages of Felanitx to the south, Porreres to the north and Campos to the west, where you will find markets cafes and restaurants.
In 2019 the finca has been bought by a Swedish couple that just simply fell in love with the house and decided to make it in to the kind of holiday-let property they have always looked for. As keen travellers with a love for luxury boutique hotels the couple have tried to make Can Clémentine a holiday let where you feel at home.
The uniqueness with Can Clémentine, despite the charm of the house, is that the house consists of five different apartments connected with each other. The finca is ideal for large family’s, groups of friends, groups of colleagues, or anyone who like the idea of holidaying together with still the possibility to have some privacy and own space. All ”apartments” have a bedroom with a double bed, living room (some with sofa beds) and ensuite bathroom. The heart of the Finca consists of a large kitchen and dining room together with a cosy lounge with an open fireplace.
There is an outside kitchen with BBQ, large pool (10 x 4,5 m), and a Jacuzzi. The pool house has two sofas, a table, and sun chairs. In the pool house you always have shadow and total view over the pool. All over the garden there are groups of outdoor furniture, providing plenty of places to hide away with a cup of coffee and a good book. Even if Palma is only a 40 minute car ride away and the airport 30 min, the house has a feeling of complete countryside tranquillity. The house has an over 300-year-old history and has been lovingly renovated over the years with the aim to keep the unique charm of the house.
