Villa Elmina

Villa Elmina is a beautiful beachfront villa by the Adriatic Sea in Duće, Croatia, which will be completed in May 2022. The villa has 586 square meters and seven bedrooms which accommodates a total of 14 guests. Villa Elmina is divided into three floors and a magnificent outdoor area with direct access to the beach. The ground floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area for 14 people, a separate toilet and a living room with direct access to the outdoor area. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a gym. The first two bedrooms have king-size beds and views of the pool and the ocean. These two bedrooms have a shared terrace. The third bedroom has a king size bed and the fourth has twin beds. These bedrooms have mountain views. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The second floor has the remaining three bedrooms, and another spacious living area. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third has twin beds. One bedroom have a sea view and other two mountain views. All with en suite bathrooms. The living area has stylish sofa sets, a small kitchen, a fireplace, a large TV and a Playstation 5. There is also access to a magnificent 27 m2 terrace with breathtaking sea views. The outdoor area has a terrace area with a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and kitchen, and an outdoor dining area for 14 people. The outdoor terrace is fenced and it has a direct access to the beach. The beach in front of the villa is a public beach and the villa is located next to the campsite. The small village of Duće is only 600 meters from the villa and the area has lots of beautiful coastline, with things to do and activities to suit all tastes. If you miss the heart of the city, then the historic city of Split is only a 30-minute drive from the villa.
