Villa Granduca is stunning collection of two buildings; Villa la Loggia and Villa La Terrazza. At only 35kms from Florence, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, Villa Granduca, is in a sunny, very quiet spot, where it is possible to spend a pleasant, relaxing vacation, which includes Tuscan cuisine and well-being. Villas can accommodate a total of 23 guests. This villa is perfect for large groups and friends. The location of the villa allows exploring many cities around easily.
Villa la Loggia has two floors. Entering the villa guests find themself in an open space with a dining table on the right. After the column on the right, there is a lounge room with a fireplace and a divan, and Smart TV. This leads into the Winter lounge. From this room, there is a service bathroom. To the left of the entrance, we find a study with a desk and copying machine, as well as two double divan beds. The floor has a laundry, with a washing machine and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has a table for six, a fridge, an ice maker, a dishwasher, etc. Going up the staircase to the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a single divan bed and double windows. Continuing on the right there is a bedroom which includes a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the corridor, there is another double bedroom with a double bed and single divan bed and a terrace. On the same side of the corridor, there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed which is perfect for kids; and another bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, there is a very big family bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Villa La Terrazza has two floors as well. Entering the villa there is a corridor that opens onto various rooms. The first, on the right, is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a big shower and two basins. The bedroom faces onto a well-furnished terrace which is on three sides of the house. On the left, instead, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom, and a room with a bunk bed. Continuing along the corridor we come to a living area with two four seated divans tables, and a Smart tv, and this leads on to a lounge room with a fireplace and access onto a well-equipped terrace. This lounge has a dining table for 16people and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry and a bathroom with a shower. The panoramic terrace has tables that can seat up to 20 people, and small lounges with divans, chaise-long, armchairs, and umbrellas.
Outdoors has a very nice private pool with an outside shower, pool furniture, and umbrellas. Alfresco dining has BBQ. In all, there are three panoramic terraces, ping pong table, and lounges and armchairs. Parking is on the property. Wine tastings in two areas important vinyards are included in the price.
