This villa has two floors plus a seperate pool level. The first floor offers a spacious living area with a sofa, TV, A/C, a panoramic window, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including the oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto machine, microwave and an American style fridge freezer with an inbuilt ice making dispenser. There's a fine dining area with exit to the lounge corner and a dining terrace with grill. This floor has one family bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet, and another smaller one with a shower and a toilet. Three bedrooms are located in this floor, one with a king-size bed, one with queen-size bed and one with two single beds that can be connected into a king-size bed.
In the second floor there's another living area equipped the same way that the one in the first floor. In this floor the dining area has an exit to a terrace with a sea view. In this floor there are two family bathrooms as well, one with a shower, toilet and bidet, and a smaller one with a shower and a toilet. In the cinema room you can have a movie night or play games together and from there you can approach the pool area. This floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed as well as one bedroom with queen-size bed.
The outdoor at the 1st-floor level is located in front of the living area and there's a wooden dining table that is suitable for 12 people as well as a Kamado Joe grill. You can enjoy the panoramic views while using al-fresco. There's also a lounge corner and outdoor table tennis in your use. The pool level is on the 3rd-floor level. It has a heated private pool that features hydro-massage as well as led colored lightning system. In the sun deck area there are 6 deck chairs, 6 additional patio chairs and a dining table with sun-umbrellas. The sunsets from here are unbelievable.
In addition there's the parking level of the villa on the ground floor with a garage and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as all laundry facilities.
Everything is just around the corner. Minimarket is only 1km away and supermarket. pharmacy, restaurants and the sea as well as riverside are just 2km from the villa.
