Villa Stellar

Villa Stellar is a stylish new villa with views on Cetina river and natural environment of Omiš hinterland named Blato na Cetini. The location is great if you are looking for a place to relax to the fullest beacause the villa is in a quiet part of the village. With it's two floors this villa can accommodate even 8 people and it's perfect for modern guests as it's very well-equipped. There's a 32 sqm private heated pool, jaquzzi as well as a sauna on the 220 sqm property. The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious nicely decorated living area that is fully air-conditioned, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 8, a living room with a TV, satellite channels, free Wifi and exit to the pool area. There's one bedroom with queen size bed, A/C, TV and views. On this floor there's also a family bathroom. You get to the lower ground floor by going down the internal staircase. This floor offers a media room with a TV, PS4, free WiFi and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. There's also an infrared sauna with a shower on this floor. Two bedrooms are located on this floor too. One of them has a queen size bed and another one has two single beds that can be converted into double bed. Both bedrooms have views on the terrace, A/C, TV and en-suite bathroom. There's a small laundry with a washing machine and dryer in your use. From the hallway you approach the terrace with the jaquzzi. Next to the jaquzzi there's external staircase toward the pool area. The outdoor area is fully fenced so it's safe for the youngest. Next to the private heated pool there's a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, 4 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area, traditional barbeque and a cozy swing. On the lower terrace, next to the jaquzzi there's a comfotable lounge corner. The closest restaurants and the closest minimarket are only 0.5km from the villa and the distance to the Cetina river beach is only 0.6km. Supermarket is 6km away. The town of Omiš is about 20 minutes from the villa by car and by car you can get to the centre of Split in about 40min.
