Villa Praske

Villa Praske is a new gorgeous villa with a private heated swimming pool, sauna and 3 en-suite bathrooms located in Podstrana, only 1km from the beach and the center of the city. This villa accommodates up to 8 people with its three double beds and one convertible sofa bed. This villa has a few high-quality furnished levels that offer you everything you need during your vacation. On the ground floor there's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area along side a spacious living room with glass walls towards the pool area, connecting indoors and outdoors elegantly. When you go one level up, you get to the middle floor. This level has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and with beautiful views on the surroundings. The highest floor offers two bedrooms that both have an en-suite bathrooms with a shower. One of them has a decked terrace and the other one has a balcony. Below the ground floor there is a Finnish sauna, a shower and a comfortable relaxation area. In the hallway there's also a washing machine and ironing ameneties that you can use during your stay. From this level you can exit directly to the outdoors, next to the pool. The outside area has it all from the private pool to sundeck chairs and outdoor shower and from a covered outdoor dining area to a traditional barbeque. A local restaurant is only 300m from the villa and a local grocery shop is just 450m away. The distance to the closest beach and to the heart of Podstrana is only 1km. The city of Split and Omiš are nearby and so are the activities. You can try anything from zip-lining to buggy driving, free climbing and different water sports.
