Villa Marisa is a modern villa for up to 10 guests with its 5 en-suite bedrooms. This villa has a private heated pool with attached whirlpool and a sauna. The villa is located in Čiovo, only 70m from the beach and 9km from Trogir. This villa has three floors. On the ground floor there's a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There's also a sauna and a shower as well as a laundry and a separate toilet on this floor. The first floor of the villa offers 3 bedrooms. They all have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a terrace two of them have a balcony. Two more bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of them has a terrace and the other one a balcony. Outside the villa you get to enjoy of a private heated swimming pool and an attached whirlpool. A spacious sundeck and an outdoor shower are also perfect for sunny days.
