Villa Nautiqua

Villa Nautiqua is a beautiful fully equipped 3-bedroom accommodation with a seaview, a private swimming pool, a whirlpool and two sundeck areas. It is located in Omiš. This villa is suitable for up to 8 people. There's two floors in the villa. The ground floor offers a stylish living and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay. On this floor you can eat, relax and play a lot of games with family or friends. There's also a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine. The upper floor offers all of the bedrooms. All of them have a double bed and two of them also have an en-suite bathroom as well as a balcony. There's an additional bed in the loft. Outside the villa you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the whirlpool. You can also soak up in the sun on the sundeck area, take a cooling shower, chill in lounge corners or dine outside. To add, there's a garage with two parking lots, a table tennis and a portable batketball hoop.
