Villa Abe

Villa Abe is a new villa with amazing panoramic sea and island views in Podstrana. This accommodation is comfortably suitable for up to 10 guests. The villa has all the ameneties that are needed during a modern holiday. Villa Abe has two floors. On the ground floor there's a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a flat-screen TV with surround speakers, a comfortable sofa and an office desk in case you need a working space. One of the bedrooms is located on this floor and it has two single beds. There's also a separate bathroom. The stylish spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor of the villa. This floor offers a media room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, flat-screen TV and PS5. Three bedrooms are located on this floor. All of them have double beds. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom and two of them share a spacious family bathroom. There's a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities too. Outside the villa you have a 38 sqm infinity pool with chlorine-free system. On the sundeck area and the lounge corner you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea. There's also an outdoor shower, an al-fresco with a barbeque and a covered dining area. The location is great because everything you need during your stay is close.
