Villa Sarda

Villa Sarda is a new luxury villa in one of the most prestigious and exclusive areas of Costa Brava. The location offers peace and privacy as well as amazing sea views. This villa can accommodate up to 18 people so it's perfect for bigger groups of family or friends. To mention some special features of the villa there's a large 210sqm swimming pool and a private tennis court. When you eneter the villa a large enterence hall will lead you to a spacious and bright living room with 3 sofa areas, a formal dining area and a minibar area. From the hall you can also go to a second living room which has a TV and a table for game nights. This floor also has another more informal dinig area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This floor includes one bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower as well. Eight bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite has a large double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe area, a TV and access to the terrace. The rest of the bedrooms are as following – A double suite with a 160 cm bed and television, also with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower, a double suite with access to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub, a double suite with television and access to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub, a double master suite with a 180 cm bed, television, access to 2 terraces and a bathroom with bathtub, a double master suite with a 180cm bed, access to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub. All these suites have access to the terrace with views of the property and the sea. On the same floor at the back we find a double suite with television and a bathroom with shower. Next to this last room there is a bathroom with shower. The double rooms give the option of joining the beds and converting them into a 180 cm bed. On the ground floor of the property we can enjoy "The Monkey House" area where we find a disco floor, a fully equipped minibar and a billiard area. On this same floor we also have a courtesy bathroom and a large laundry room. The house has ventilation. Outside the villa you get to enjoy the private swimming pool, the sports area and the terrace, surrounded by the beautiful nature.
