Villa Miras

Miras is a new stylish 5-bedroom villa in Trogir. Views of the Adriatic sea and town of Split are incredible and you get to enjoy them during your whole stay. There is a private heated swimming pool outside the villa and the accommodation is filled with high-quality furnishing. Villa Miras can accommodate 10 people. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and an exit to the outside area. On this floor there is also two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other one has two single beds. To add, there is a separate family bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a second living room that can be used as a Media room as it has blackout curtains, a very comfortable sofa, a Play Station 4 as well as a smart TV. Next to this you can find a small area with gym equipment. Three more bedrooms are placed on this floor. All of them have double beds. On this floor there is one family bathroom with a shower as well as one bathroom with a bathtub. Outside the villa there is the private swimming pool. The pool itself is 11m x 4.25m plus a hydromassage area with a sitting area 3.5m x 1.2m and additionally a shallow part, only 0.4m deep, for the youngest. The location is excellent as the villa is only 0.5km from the city center and the distance to the closest beach is just 1km.
