Villa Arya

Arya is a new high quality villa that offers comfort of a traditional stone house but also all the modern ameneties that you needs. This villa has a private heated pool as well as a hot tub and it can accommodate 8 people within its 4 bedrooms. The villa is located near Sinj and it has views of the river valley of Cetina. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a fireplace and a TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. To add, on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Going upstairs you get to the first floor where three bedrooms are placed. One of them is open-concept two single bed bedroom positioned between the two other bedrooms. The other bedrooms both have an en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bed. A few more steps up take you to the attic where the last bedroom is. It has two single beds as well a sofa, a TV, a Play Station 4 and a ceiling window. Outside the villa you get to enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi as well as the al-fresco.
