Lene is an impressive villa at the seaside village of Sfakaki, Crete. Only ten kilometers from the Rethymno city and its unlimited tourist attractions. The villa is located by the beach (50 meters), which makes it easy to combine your vacation with relaxing at your own private pool or enjoying the beach and exploring the various restaurants, fish taverns and cafes of the area. The five-bedroom villa accommodates 13 persons so it is ideal for a bigger group of friends or families.
The villa spreads on two levels; on the ground floor there is a large living & dining area with a fireplace that makes the room feel even more cozy, connected with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where are four more bedrooms, one of them has an ensuite. On the corridor of the first floor there is also a bathroom. The balcony and terrace on the first floor offer beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. On the lower ground floor there is a playroom with various games and a table tennis.
French doors lead from the dining-living area to the veranda from where you have a nice view of the pool and garden. The villa is surrounded by a garden with beautiful and colorful flowers. Next to the swimming pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas. From the outside you can also find a shaded patio with furniture and a portable barbecue. A covered parking area is also provided and it is suitable for two cars.
The small seaside resort of Sfakaki is located in the northern part of the Greek island of Crete - the popular tourist area of the suburb of Rethymno. The area offers a mini market and various restaurants, fish taverns and cafes.
