Villa Vjeka

This traditional stone villa is located in the charming town of Sumartin on the island Brac's east coast. The villa, that can accommodate up to ten guests, was renovated in 2011 and has a private plot of 1700 square meters and a living space of 150 square meters. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room with dining area, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with private bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which also has two bathrooms, two balconies and access to a furnished terrace. Two additional beds/sofa beds can be arranged upon request. Outside the villa is a large terrace with sun loungers and a private pool. There is also a patio with a large dining table and a wood burning stove, and a lawn with a small playground. Beaches, restaurants, shops and local transportation are within walking distance of the house.
