Villa Izia

Stunning villa located close to a nature reserve of Torre Salsa, Sicily. This villa is on a perfect spot of exploring the attractions and towns of the northern side of Sicily. This four bedroom villa with own private pool and sandy beaches close by can accommodate eight persons. From the ground floor of this two-story villa, you will find a living room with fireplace, open plan kitchen and dining area with sliding door on two sides with an access to the terrace and pool. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor is accessed from the outside and from there you can find two bedrooms with own en-suite bathrooms, also a kitchenette and a balcony with outdoor furniture and with a views of the surrounding area. From the large terrace and pool area you have panoramic views over the landscape. From there you can also find sun beds and covered outdoor dining table. The city of Montallegro is within eight minutes car drive away and from there you can find shops and restaurants. The Torre Salsa area is protected by the WWF and there are isolated and wild beaches. The villa is close sandy beaches of Bovo Marina and Eraclea Minoa and the pure white cliffs of Scala dei Turchi. The historical city of Argigento is about half an hour drive away from the villa.
