Villa Liveja is located in the district of Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo. The famous village Trogir is only three kilometers away and it is compound to the island with a bridge. You can find a toilet and utility room from this floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned. On the second floor of the villa there are three bedrooms with double beds. The bedrooms either have a view of the sea or the garden. In addition, there are two bathrooms in this floor; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The lowest ground floor can be reached by stairs, and there you will find a lounge area, a sauna and an indoor jacuzzi with a view to the garden and swimming pool. There is also a double ensuite bedroom. In the garden of the villa you will find a swimming pool with hydro massage, sunbeds, an outdoor dining area with a grill and a set of sofas. The villa is fenced, so guests have their own privacy and olive and citrus trees create atmosphere in the yard. The villa offers a private parking space for two cars. Near the villa there is a mini-market, restaurants, bars and various water sports opportunities. The village of Trogir is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and there are many great attractions for visitors to explore and see. Trogir can be reached both by bus and by boat. The city of Split is only about a 40-minute drive from the villa.
