Villa Marije is located in the charming village of Omiš in Croatia and the villa has great sea views. This villa offers its guests luxury with its own private pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The villa is located within walking distance of sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. This villa with 7 bedrooms accommodates 14 persons and suits well for families, couples and groups of friends.
The living floors of the villa are divided into three floors. When you enter the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious living room with access to the pool and outdoor dining area. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, a smaller dining table where you can enjoy breakfast, and a larger dining table where you can gather together to enjoy dinner. On this floor, there is also a spa department, where you can find a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi, as well as a shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a utility room on the first floor with a washing machine and dryer and a toilet. From the spa section, you can easily get out to the garden and the swimming pool. The stairs inside lead you up to first floor, where you will find five large en-suite bedrooms, each of which has access to a furnished balcony to admire the magnificent view. Second floor of the villa offers two ensuite bedrooms with glass walls ensuring you the perfect sea views. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. In the second floor there is also an utility room with laundry corner and a toilet.
From the garden and the pool, you can admire the beautiful sea view. In the heated swimming pool, you can enjoy also the hydro massage. In addition, the pool has a lower section, which is well suited for children. The terrace next to the pool has sunbeds and other sunbathing spots. Next to the pool there is also an outdoor shower, a dining area and an outdoor fireplace. In the yard of the villa there is a private parking space for five cars and the possibility to charge an electric car (EV charger).
The villa is located only about 500 meters from sandy beaches, restaurants and the center of the center of Omiš. By car, you can reach the river Cetina within five minutes, where there are many activities and attractions for you to explore. The historic city of Split is only 25 kilometers away.
