Villa El Altozano

El Altozano – a villa near the historic center of Malaga, close to museums and attractions. This Finnish-owned, beautifully decorated villa is located on a quiet street near the Gibralfaro fortress built in the 14th century, Malagueta beach and park areas and offers sea views from several terraces and all of the rooms inside. The five-bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool accommodates nine to ten guests and is especially suitable for example, two families or several couples. The spacious living room and dining room have direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outdoor terrace in front of it for eating outside. The master bedroom and the bedroom on the second floor have their own bathrooms. The other three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share two bathrooms together. Each of the three bedrooms has double beds that can also be separated into single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The elevator in the villa guarantees that the villa is also suitable for people with reduced mobility. The upper terrace of the villa has a swimming pool and sun loungers, from which it is easy to admire the beautiful sea view. The lower terrace has a fireplace, grill and a comfortable group of sofas, as well as its own small "bodega" (bar). The villa has a private parking for two cars.. The villa is located about less than two kilometers from the beach, restaurants and beach bars. Málaga city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by bus.
