Villa Prado

The luxurious five-bedroom villa Prado is located in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, near the famous golf courses and the port of Puerto Banus. The villa's three floors are divided as follows; when you enter the first floor, you are met by a bright corridor that leads you to a modern and spacious living room with large windows that open the view out to the swimming pool. Two of the three bedrooms on the floor are double ensuite bedrooms, in both of which the large windows create light in the rooms. The third ensuite bedroom on the floor is a wonderful and spacious suite with a large bed, its own wardrobe and direct access to the pool and garden. Downstairs there is another living room, which also has a spacious sofa and a large TV. Next to the living room is a room with a football table. There is one double ensuite bedroom on this floor. On the top floor there is a third living room, a toilet and a roof terrace with a great views. The villa also has a separate ensuite bedroom with a double bed, to this bedroom the entrance is from the outside the villa; this room is well suited if there are teenagers in the party or perhaps a babysitter. The garden of the villa is breathtaking, and it is a good place to relax on vacation with family or friends. In the yard, there is a group of outdoor tables and a grill.
