Villa Madronal

This luxurious villa is located in Marbella in the private and gated El Madronal mountain area and offers its guests magnificent views of the coast and La Concha mountain. A wonderful Spanish-style villa, great landscapes and your own private swimming pool create the perfect setting for a vacation for different groups. The seven bedrooms of the villa can accommodate 14 persons. The large windows of the living area open up a view of the surrounding area and bring light and a sense of space to the rooms. Next to the ground hall, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. The spacious living room of the villa invites you to relax, the living room is divided into three different rooms; the first one has sofas, a big TV and a fireplace, the second living room offers room for playing games, there can be found a table football, a chess table and a pool table. For relaxation there are sofas and beanbags. The third room is a slightly smaller reading corner, where you can find a piano and great oak bookshelves. There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor, the first of these is slightly separated from the other bedrooms, and this is perfect if you are traveling for example with a babysitter. The third and fourth bedrooms are located at street level and share a common bathroom. The fourth bedroom has an access to a private terrace. Next to the game room is the fifth bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the top floor. The second bedroom on this floor has a sofa, which can also be used for sleeping. Another of the bedrooms on this floor is a larger suite with its own lounge and terrace. The terrace of the villa has wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The terrace has a partially covered area with an outdoor dining table, a seating group and an outdoor fireplace. The pool of the villa is good sized and there are sunbeds next to it, so it's easy to relax by the pool during your vacation. The villa is located in a good distance from prestigious golf courses and you can quickly reach sandy beaches and services by car. The popular Puerto Banus harbor area can be reached in about fifteen minutes.
