Villa Sina

Villa Sina is located at the foot of the Biokovo mountain in the old village of Kotišina in the Makarska region of Croatia. The villa is less than a ten-minute drive to the services of the center of Makarska. The private swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi and gym offer relaxing time during your vacation. The two bedrooms of the villa accommodate five (+1) persons. The premises of the villa are divided into three floors. The first floor of the villa has a beautiful kitchen and a dining table for six persons, as well as access to the terrace and the living room. From the living room sofa you can admire the beautiful landscape from the windows of the sliding doors or watch some tv. There is also a bathroom on this floor. On the second floor, there is a double ensuite bedroom with a balcony with a small table group and a separate French balcony. The second bedroom is a three-person ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a private balcony with a small table where you can enjoy the sunset. The lowest basement floor has a gym, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, bathroom, dance pole, pool table, dart board and TV. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. Outside the villa, next to the kitchen, there is an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor dining table. A little further on the terrace there are sunbeds, a parasol, a swing and a swimming pool. The villa is located near the wonderful botanical garden of Kotišina and the medieval Veliki Kaštel fortress, which has wonderful views of the sea.
