Villa Jolinica

The modern villa Jolinica is located in the small village of Ražanj on the coast of Croatia, only about 100 meters from the sea and a pebble beach. You can also reach the nearest sandy beach in a few minutes by car. The village is located between the towns of Rogoznica and Marina. The villa with three ensuite bedrooms can accommodate six persons. This modern villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor of the villa, there is a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with an island, and a dining table for six people. The kitchen has large windows to the pool and the sea, in the same space there is a large sofa, where you can relax in the evening. The stairs lead to the second floor, where are three double ensuite bedrooms with their own balconies and sea views. The villa is fully air-conditioned. From the terrace and infinity pool, there are wonderful, barrier-free views of the postcard-like surroundings. Around the pool there are both sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor table and a seating area. There is private parking on the front of the villa,. The center of the village of Ražanj and its services can be easily reached by car in a few minutes. The village of Rogoznica is about a fifteen-minute drive away, and the cities of Šibenik and Split can be reached by car in less than an hour.
