This luxurious villa with a view of the sea and the city makes you really feel relaxed during your vacation. The villa is located in the small village of Promajna, Croatia and it is well suited for groups who want their own peace for their vacation, but still to be close to services and the beach; from the villa you can walk to the nearest beach in less than a minute. The four bedrooms accommodate a total of eight persons.
High-quality materials have been used in the construction of this luxurious villa. The premises of the villa are divided into four floors. On the first floor of the villa there is an open kitchen and living room area; the kitchen is modern and well equipped and next to it is a large dining table. The area has a large sofa and a television, and from there you have a good access to the pool. On the second floor there are two ensuite bedrooms with access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. On the third floor there is one ensuite double bedroom, from which there is also access to the balcony, from this balcony you can find sun loungers and an outdoor jacuzzi, from where you can admire the opening landscape. The lower ground floor basement of the villa has its own gym and sauna, as well as a fourth ensuite bedroom for two.
There is a swimming pool on the outdoor terrace of the villa, and next to the pool there is a sandy area where you can find sunbeds and a barbecue grill, next to this area, there is an outdoor dining table on the terrace. You can admire the view of the surroundings from the pool. The villa is located near the nature park Biokovo, where you can enjoy, for example, a light walk while enjoying the nature, longer camping or mountain biking. The location is also good because it is close to popular destinations such as Split, Sibenik and Zadar.
