The four bedrooms of the villa accommodate a total of eight persons.

On the first floor of the villa there is an open kitchen and living room area; the kitchen is modern and well equipped and next to it is a large dining table. This floor is on the same level as the outdoor terrace and the pool. On the second floor there are two ensuite bedrooms with access to the balcony; there is a seating group on the balcony. From this floor you can also access a separate balcony to enjoy the sun and the scenery on the sunbeds on the balcony. On the third floor there is one ensuite double bedroom, from which there is also access to the balcony, from this balcony you can find sun loungers and an outdoor jacuzzi, where you can admire the opening landscape. The lowest basement floor of the villa has its own gym and sauna, as well as a fourth ensuite bedroom for two. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The villa is located near the nature park Biokovo, where you can enjoy, for example, from a light walk, longer camping or mountain biking. The location is also good because it is close to popular destinations such as Split, Sibenik and Zadar.
