Villa Zaline

The luxurious villa Zaline offers the best with its own jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and location near the sparkling, beautiful Adriatic Sea. The villa is located in the Rogoznica region in Croatia - the location makes it easy to do day trips to the city of Sibenik as well as Split. The four bedrooms of the villa comfortably accommodate eight persons. The villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a stylish modern kitchen, a beautifully decorated living room and a dining table. Sliding doors open the virews out onto the terrace, and you can easily go out to enjoy the sun from the living room and kitchen. There is also one double ensuite bedroom on this floor, which also has access to the terrace and a separate toilet and stairs that lead to the first floor. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms have French balconies. The villa is fully air conditioned. From the large outdoor terrace you can find a large swimming pool with a separate lower section. There are sun loungers by the pool, a wonderful summer kitchen with an island surrounded by bar stools. There is an outdoor dining table next to the outdoor kitchen, and there is a separate sitting area on the slightly further on the terrace. The villa also has a wonderful roof terrace with a jacuzzi, sauna and sun loungers. The villa has its own private parking space. The closest to the villa is the village of Kanica, which is a relatively new coastal village - there are a few cafes and restaurants and a wonderful sandy beach. More services can be found within a fifteen-minute drive from the town of Rogoznica, as well as a half-hour drive from the wonderful town of Trogir.
