Villa Ando

The wonderful Villa Ando has an excellent location in the village of Duće, close to services and the sandy beach. In this luxurious house, you can enjoy your vacation while admiring the beautiful panoramic sea view, and the house is equipped with a private swimming pool, a spa and a gym. The house is fully air-conditioned and its four bedrooms comfortably accommodate eight people. Each bedroom has a desk, so the villa is suitable not only for vacationing with families and friends, but also for working remotely with a small team. Villa Ando guarantees a comfortable stay, as this two-story house is built and decorated to a high standard and offers top-level amenities. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, which also has a wine cabinet, ice maker and coffee machine. A beautiful sea view opens up through the large windows in the living room and you can relax on the very comfortable sofa by the water vapor fireplace. One of the bedrooms is on this floor. The room has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the swimming pool. There is also an air-conditioned gym and spa on the ground floor. The equipment of the gym includes, among other things, a treadmill and a wide selection of weights for versatile workouts. The room also has a lounge area with a sofa, TV and PlayStation 5. In the cozy spa department, you can relax in the indoor whirlpool and the Finnish sauna. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the villa, all of which are equipped with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The sea view opens from the windows of all bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also has its own balcony. In addition, there is a small, stylish office on the first floor. There is a large, private heatable swimming pool in the outdoor area. The pool is equipped with a waterfall and a massage jets. In addition to six sunbeds, there is a lounge area and a luxurious, covered sun bed in the terrace. You can prepare dinners in the summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill, and enjoy the good food and company by the outdoor dining table and admire beautiful sunsets. You can find an outdoor shower and table tennis on the garage floor and up to four cars can be parked there. One car can be parked inside of the garage and the private parking lot has a video surveillance. The location of the house is excellent, as it is only a few minutes' walk from Duće's sandy beach and the village's restaurants. More services can be found in the town of Omiš, located just a couple of kilometers away. Omiš' atmospheric old town is definitely worth a visit. The beautiful city of Split is located only 20 kilometers from the villa.
