Villa Pratas is ideal holiday home for families or friends, located in peaceful farming community called Cajados. Villa offers all necessary amenities along with spacious garden and private swimming pool. With an extra sofa bed, there is accommodation space for up to 12 guests. Ground floor of the villa has all the common spaces, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, living room and a guest toilet. There are also 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs. Fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony is located upstairs. All bedrooms, kitchen and dining room have air conditioning. Outside guests can find large private swimming pool, garden furniture suitable for 12 people and a separate 3-seater sofa. There is also 10 sunloungers and a large lawn where children can play. Location is convenient for exploring the surrounding cities and attractions. Villa is nestled between the A2 motorway to the Algarve and the N10 national road and only 10 kilometers from the attractive town of Setubal. The ride from Lisbon airport is 35 minutes. A nearby Pinhal Novo train station (20 minutes) offers frequent train services to Lisbon (city and centre), the express trains to the Algarve and in the opposite direction to Porto and is a hub for regional lines to the Alentejo region.
