Villa Aina

Villa Aina is located in the peaceful village of Tugare, only ten minutes' drive from the town of Omiš. This fully air-conditioned, beautifully furnished villa has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate eight people. The villa is particularly suitable for families with children and others who want activities during their vacation, as the house's equipment includes, among other things, a private swimming pool, a table tennis, a football table, a badminton court and a small soccer field. On the ground floor of the two-story house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight people and a living room. There is access to the pool area from the living room. On the ground floor there is one bathroom with a shower and a utility room. All four bedrooms of the house are on the first floor. The first bedroom has a king-size double bed, TV, pool view, balcony and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed, a pool view, balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. These bedrooms also have king-size beds. There are many kinds of activities outdoors, as the yard has a private swimming pool, a small soccer field, a badminton court, a ping-pong table, and a table football. In addition, the outdoor area has a lounge and an outdoor dining area with a traditional BBQ place. The whole property is fully fenced, and there are four parking places on the private plot, one of the in the garage. The villa is located in the quiet village of Tugare. Less than 100 meters from the villa, you can find a mini market, a pizza restaurant and a public playground. There are more services in the city of Omiš, which can be reached by car in just over 10 minutes. During your visit, you should also take a day trip to Split, which is about half an hour's drive away.
