Villa Ljeto

Villa Ljeto is a luxurious holiday villa in an excellent location, close to the town of Makarska and the beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of both the sea and the town. A total of eight people can be accommodated in four comfortable bedrooms, so the house is suitable for families, groups of friends, or as a vacation spot for several couples. The villa has a private swimming pool and a gym. On the ground floor of this two-story house, you will find a bright living room with a fresh interior and a view of the sea from the large glass doors, making the room a cozy place to hang out. Next to the living room is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The room also has direct access to the pool area. On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, all of which have a king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms also have a balcony - two of them have balconies in two directions, so they have wonderful views of both the sea and the town of Makarska. The house is fully air-conditioned. In the outdoor area, you can relax in the pool or by it in the sun loungers. In addition, there are several seating areas, an outdoor dining area and a bbq grill. Next to the barbecue there is access to the lower ground floor of the house, where you can find a gym with a football table. Two cars can be park inside of the garage. It is about a kilometer from the villa to the city and two kilometers to the nearest beaches. The location of the villa is also ideal for day trips, and for example Split is about an hour's drive from the villa.
