Villa Nonna

Villa Nonna is a beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the island of Brač and the bright blue sea. It is located above the coast road in Podstrana village surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants like pine and olive trees. The beach is only 200 meters from the villa, and there is a private plot on the beach with four deck chairs secured for you during your stay. The villa has four bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate eight people. It has a private swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a playground area for children and it is the ideal accommodation for families or smaller groups who want to spend time together for a calming vacation in this unspoiled location, exploring what the famous Podstrana Riviera offers. On the ground floor of the two-story house, there is a spacious living area with a glass door toward the sun deck area and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and it has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV and a view outside. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV and a balcony with a view of the sea and the pool. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV and a balcony with a view of the sea. The last bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV and views of the natural surroundings and olive trees. On the first floor there is also a gym with a treadmill, a multifunctional exercise machine, a yoga mat and pilates ball, a family bathroom with a shower, a TV and a balcony. The interior is equipped with carefully selected and high-quality furniture for the relaxed vacation that you deserve. The outdoor area offers a private and heated swimming pool, a sundeck area with sunbeds, a covered outdoor dining area, a lounge corner in front of the living room, a traditional barbeque, a playground with some toys, a swing and a slide. A parking lot is secured for four cars above the villa, on a private plot with a video surveillance system. The villa is only 10 kilometers away from the center of Split, that offers many restaurant, an open market and amazing historical attractions. You can also make trips to Omiš and the islands of Brač, Hvar or Vis for different activities.
