Villa Dream I

Villa Dream I is a very spacious, high-end villa, located in the town of Baška Voda, a small Croatian tourist destination. Dream I is the perfect place for relaxation and for enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere with its beaches and crystal clear water. The villa has an extraordinary view to the sea and it is fully air-conditioned. There is also a private heated infinity swimming pool. It has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate eight people. On request there are two extra beds for two more people. On the ground floor of the three-story villa there is a beautiful living area with a view to the sea and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities for a modern and a comfortable stay. There is a separate toilet and an utility room. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a sea view and an exit to the terrace. An additional bed can be added in this bedroom by a request. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. All of the four bedrooms have king size beds at least 200cm x 200cm. An additional bed can be added also in the second bedroom by request. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The third and the fourth bedrooms also have an exit to a terrace with sea views. On the lower ground floor there is a cinema room, a wellness and gym area, a hot tub, a sauna, bluetooth speakers, a shower and a separate toilet. There is a parking lot secured for two cars and there is video surveillance at the entrance of the villa. The outdoor area offers a private heated infinity swimming pool, a sun deck area with an outdoor shower and sunbeds, a lounge corner and an outdoor dining area with a barbeque. The outdoor dining area is approachable directly from the kitchen and from the living area. Near by the the villa, you can find a mini market, the beach and restaurants and bars. The village center is 1,3 km from the villa. The beaches of Baška Voda offer the most beautiful environment for walks along the coast, so couples, friends and families are enjoying this activity by the beach. Baška Voda is only 10 kilometers from Makarska and 50 kilometers from Split.
