Villa Cazina

Villa Cazina is a charming and traditional stone house located in the village of Tugare in Croatia. The beautifully furnished villa is fully air conditioned and it has a private swimming pool. It has two bedrooms and it can accommodate six people. The surroundings of the villa offer the opportunity to enjoy the unique and unspoiled environment and discover the multiple different villages and cities. The ground floor of the three-story house offers an indoor summer kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, a traditional barbecue and a dining area. There is also a TV and a stepper machine for exercising. The first floor is approached by an outdoor staircase and there you have a stylish living room with a TV, a sofa, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a table for six people. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned and they have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an additional queen-size bed. The other bedroom has a king-size bed. The whole property is fully fenced and there are two parking places on the private plot. The outdoor area of the villa has the private pool, a sun deck area with sunbeds and a covered outdoor area and a table for six people. There is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. The Mediterranean town of Omiš is famous for its sandy beach and the Cetina River, which offers multiple different activities, such as rafting, zip-line and free climbing. The town is only 10 km from the villa. The famous city of Split is only a 25 minute drive away from the villa. The car is recommended as the nearest mini market, a bar and a pizza restaurant are 1.6 km from the villa. Besides visiting the nearby towns you can also explore the Dalmatian coast and its islands.
