Villa Admira is a luxurious villa with a spectacular view of the sea and islands. It is located in the town of Stanići in Omiš and it has a private infinity pool. The villa offers the most beautiful sunsets that you can enjoy also from the pool. The villa has four bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate eight people.
The ground floor of the three-story villa offers a fully air-conditioned living and dining area. The ground floor is on the same level as the pool area and you can access the outside area from this floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities that a guest can need for a very comfortable stay. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. There are three fully air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. First one of them with a king-size bed, a sofa that can convert into a sleeping place for two more guests, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a view to the sea. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture. The third bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet, and a terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities. The last bedroom is located on the second floor. It is also air-conditioned, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. The second floor has a fitness room with a treadmill and a rowing machine, a kitchenette, a shower, a separate toilet and a terrace with two deck chairs and a dining table and a view of the sunset.
The property is fenced and it has a private and secured parking place for four cars. The outdoor area of the villa offers the private swimming pool, a sun deck area with sun beds, an outdoor shower, a covered lounge corner, and a covered dining area for ten people with a barbeque next to it.
Located in a very quiet area of Stanići village above the coastal road, you are a short drive to get anywhere. Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are all reached with in a couple of kilometers. The car is recommended to make moving easier and faster. A small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina River are 5km far from the property and there are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You can also visit the famous town Split which has a lot to offer, it takes you approximately 35 min drive to get there. You can also visit Makarska (25 min drive) or even the park of nature Biokovo which is above the town of Makarska. The beautiful beaches of Baška Voda are a 20 min drive from the villa. The nearest beach of Beach Tice offers crystal clear sea water, just a couple kilometers from the villa.
