Villa Milana

There is a separate toilet and a staircase that takes you to the lower ground floor where there is a gaming room and a sauna. The gaming room offers a Playstation, a pool table, table tennis and a fridge for refreshments. Next to it the spa zone has an infrared sauna, two deck chairs, a shower and a separate toilet. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first one has a king-size bed, a sofa, a balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sunsets. The second and the third bedroom share a balcony with a table and two chairs. They both have queen-size beds. There are two family bathrooms with a shower and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the fully fenced property there are two parking places in the garage and two outside of the garage secured. The parking and the entrance to the villa are covered with a video surveillance system. The outdoor area offers the infinity pool, a spacious covered lounge corner, a sun deck area with sun beds, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area with a sun shade and a traditional barbeque next to it. You can approach the pool area from the outdoor stairs or directly from the kitchen or from the dining area. The villa is located in a small Mediterranean town Omiš, only about one kilometer from the beach, restaurants, shops and a mini market. There are many activities also on the Cetina River, which makes it a perfect day trip destination. You can also visit other cities such as Split and Makarska with the car.
