Villa Papillon is a beautiful house located less than one kilometer from the famous village of Ménerbes. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa and it accommodates 8 guests. The villa is suitable for a group of friends, couples or families. The area offers the charm and a feeling of romance of the french countryside.
All of the four bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms have a bathtub, three a shower. The fully air conditioned house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. There is also a foosball table for playing in the villa. If you are looking for some exercise, the house offers a gym room with some cardio equipment, yoga mats and dumbbells.
The gardens and exteriors of the house are quite magical in person. There are beautiful views in every direction of the Luberon hills, Mont Ventoux, and Ménerbes village. Outside you can take a dip in the pool, take the sun on the sun beds, grill and enjoy meals on the terrace and play some ping pong or petanque.
In Ménerbes you can find many nice restaurants, shops and cafés. Neighboring hilltop villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Oppède, and Roussillon can be reached in less than 15 minutes drive. This location lends itself well to a true experience of the Provence lifestyle. One of the options to arrive to the area of the villa would be flying into Paris and then taking the TGV down to Avignon which would put the drive to any of the houses at 1 hour maximum. The TGV from Paris to Avignon is about 2 hours but it is a beautiful ride and suitable for children as well.
