Villa La Paz is a modern, three-story villa in Cancelada, Estepona. The neighborhood is a trendy, luxurious and safe residential area. Outside on the fully-fenced property you can take a dip in the pool, cook some meals in the barbeque, enjoy the sun on the sun beds and look at the view far to the sea. You can easily access Marbella and the world-famous Puerto Bands harbor and the needed services for a vacation. The nearest beach is 2.5 kilometers from the villa and there are multiple beaches easily reached with the car. The closest restaurants, supermarket and a golf club are all just a couple kilometers from the villa. You can make a day trip to cities and towns like Ronda, Malaga and Fuengirola, to explore the area.
