Villa Florencia offers a luxurious holiday experience close to Marbella. It is located near the beach and it has its own private swimming pool. The house accommodates a total of 12 guests and it is suitable for a group of friends or families. There are 6 bedrooms in this villa, all of them with an en-suite bathroom. One in the basement level, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor. These two bedrooms have beautiful views to the sea. One of them has a balcony with a small table and the other with a large balcony with sun beds and sofas. On the ground floor there is a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room, complete with floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the sea. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace where you can relax on the sofas and take in the views. In the lower floor there is a gym area with equipment for weight lifting and a bike for cardio. There is also a conference room perfect for people who work. For relaxing there is a second living room area with a large sofa and a TV, a pool table, a dart board and a poker table. In the bar area you can enjoy chilled beverages and spend time.
Outside you can take a dip in the swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers or prepare a meal on the grill. Just next to the pool is the gazebo that has a bar and dining area which makes it a great place to enjoy al fresco dining in the evening. There is also a zen like garden area, ideal for doing yoga or just having quiet time to relax.
You can find restaurants, a supermarket, the beach and a golf course, all just a couple kilometers from the villa. You can visit Marbella and other cities nearby and explore the coast.
