Villa Martinis

This modern villa is beautifully located on the Dalmatian coast, at a short distance from the sea, in the town of Rogoznica. Villa Martinis consists of four separate apartments, all of which are rented together as a private holiday home. This makes the villa an excellent option for traveling families or friends that want to live together, but still have some privacy. The first two apartments are very similar and consist of a living room with a small kitchen area and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathtub and a separate bathroom with shower. The third apartment has a living room with a small kitchen area and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The fourth apartment spreads over two floors. In the lower part is a large living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs is a gallery / loft with two single beds and a private bathroom. The villa has several balconies with lovely sea views. The outdoor terrace features lounge furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful pool. The area offers opportunities for scuba diving, tennis, football, cycling and sailing. Guests can enjoy a whole range of excursions to many cultural destinations in the vicinity, such as Sibenik, Split and Trogir. For nature lovers there are beautiful national parks and places to visit within a couple of hours: For example, the waterfalls of Krka and Kornati archipelago.
