Villa Tinaio is a beautifully furnished villa in the Tuscan countryside that is a perfect mix of modern and classic style. It is located only less than one kilometer from the cozy medieval town of Panzano. There is a private swimming pool in the garden of the villa and you can enjoy a stunning view of the vineyards that surround the area. The house accommodates a total of 14 guests and it is suitable for families, friends and also for hosting events.
On the ground floor of the two-story house there is a fully-equipped kitchen and common spaces for dining and relaxing. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor. One with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, two with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.

The villa has the typical style of a Tuscan farmhouse and offer an amazing views of the surrounding Chianti region. There is a covered parking place for the guests and a place for a helicopter to land. Outside you can play football, table tennis or just relax in the hammock.
The area of Greve in Chianti is known for the vineyards of some of the most famous wine brands. The property is located in the heart of Chianti between the provinces of Florence and Siena. The location is ideal for visiting these cities. There are several cultural, gourmet, winery and nature adventures that can be arranged within a short distance from the villa. The closest supermarket is about 2 kilometers from the villa and the closest restaurant in Panzano, less than a kilometer away.
