Villa Maona

Villa Maona is a beautiful house located in the Tuscan countryside. From the outside the villa presents itself as an antique Tuscan farmhouse, facing south and consequently always sunny. Inside the house is furnished with all the modern comforts. From the property you can enjoy a magnificent view of the original antique villages of Montecatini Alto and Montecatini Terme. The villa has its own private garden with a swimming pool. The five bedroom house can accommodate 12 guests and it is suitable for families or a group of friends. On the ground floor of the two-story house there is the kitchen with an access to the garden, a large dining room, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed that can be also separated into two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a lounge room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms with a shower, one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are with double beds and one with a double bed that can be turned into two single beds. Outside there is a covered parking place for the guests. For cooking there is a barbeque and a dining area. For children there is a playground with toys and also a table tennis. The atmosphere is very typical with its olive groves and cypress trees. The location of Villa Mariella is strategic, as supermarkets, elegant boutiques, typical restaurants and important wine cellars are just minutes away, as well as swimming pools, thermal facilities, golf courses, tennis courts, riding stables, lakes for sport fishing, cycling or jogging and trekking. From the villa it is possible to make numerous trips to places of interest such as to the beaches of Versilia to the monumental cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca. There are many vineyards in the area for wine tastings.
