Villa Adelina is a luxurious five-bedroom villa located in the upper part of Podstrana village, only eight kilometers from the famous town of Split. The villa accommodates nine guests and it is perfect for families, friends and couples. The villa offers a beautiful private infinity swimming pool with a view to the sea. On the ground floor of the fully-air conditioned villa is a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a separate toilet. A bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower is located on this floor. The first floor offers two master bedrooms with king-size bed, en-suite bathrooms with showers and a terrace with sea views. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a view towards Split. The fifth bedrooms is located in the basement. The room has 140 cm double bed and it uses a family bathroom with a shower on the same floor. The basement has a beautifully furnished fun zone with a pool table, a sofa, a bar area, a TV, a kitchenette with a fridge and a dishwasher and a utility room. Outdoors there are 6 sun beds by the pool, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area for eight, a lounge corner and a charcoal grill. The amazing sea view makes the place special. There is a parking place secured for three cars. The beach, grocery stores and restaurants are all only 1 km from the property. With an 8 km drive to Split you can find more services and historical attractions. There are also water sport opportunities and other activities on the Podstrana Riviera.
