Villa Larissa

Villa Larissa is a modern villa with a sea view located only eight kilometers from the town of Omiš. The fully air-conditioned villa has a private swimming pool. The four-bedroom villa accommodates eight guests and it is suitable for families or couples. The interior is very spacious and it offers a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. There are two double bedrooms with sea views and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and the last bedroom a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is the pool, sun beds for eight people, two sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower. For cooking and dining, there is a charming, covered outdoor dining area with a stone table and a traditional barbeque. There is also a lounge corner and a playground for children. A car is highly recommended and there are four parking places on the property. The parking and the entrance to the villa are covered with a video surveillance system. The closest beach is around 2.3 kilometers from the villa, while grocery stores around 3.8 km. Restaurants can be found less than a kilometer from the house. Visiting the cities nearby are a nice activity for day trips. There are different things to do in Omiš, Cetina river, Split and Makarska.
